Job summary

Advanced Monitored Caregiving Inc. seeks a Systems Administrator to manage endpoint security, identity, and device management in a HIPAA-regulated environment.

The role focuses on M365 and Intune administration, Entra ID governance, and remote support for Windows and macOS endpoints. Responsibilities include provisioning, device management, and enforcing least-privilege access with MFA and CA policies, plus automation scripting.

Qualifications

• HIPAA knowledge and PHI handling
• Direct technical interface to customers or internal staff
• Experience with M365 and Intune in production
• Endpoint encryption and key escrow
• Zero-touch provisioning with Autopilot and ABM
• SSO/MCA access governance and conditional access

Responsibilities

• Administers M365 tenant services including Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Teams
• Owns Intune administration across Windows and macOS
• Performs zero-touch provisioning through Autopilot and ABM
• Maintains standardized device builds and reduces configuration drift
• Configures Entra ID users, groups, roles, licensing, and SSO
• Designs and tests Conditional Access and MFA policies
• Executes identity lifecycle management and offboarding access revocation
• Enforces least-privilege access across apps and conducts access reviews
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant endpoint controls and encryption
• Reads/writes PowerShell scripts for automation
• Manages asset inventory and relationships with Network/Security teams
• Supports incident response and remote troubleshooting
• Develops SOPs and runbooks and maintains end-user knowledge base
