Job summary

Expert Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for a Systems Administrator. This long-term remote contract role offers excellent benefits and potential to become permanent. You will support AWS, servers, and network infrastructure, act as escalation point for the help desk, and drive efficiency across IT projects.

Responsibilities include configuring and installing devices, maintaining hardware/software, and end-user support. Occasional after-hours work is required.

Qualifications

• - Advanced troubleshooting skills (tier 3)
• - Experience working with remote employees
• - Proficient in AD, MS Office support, SharePoint Online setup/administration, and Mac OS
• - Experience with Terraform
• - Mobile device support for Android and iOS is a plus
• - Strong asset management knowledge
• - Experience with Cisco Meraki systems
• - Experience with Zscaler/Netskope Zero Trust networking
• - Experience with Conductor 1/C1 identity governance tools
• - VoIP/IVR installation/configuration/troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated IT tickets from the Support team
• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure
• Manage IT servers across the organization and troubleshoot issues
• Document network configurations and maintain records
• Create and implement new technology; improve processes
• Complete security and risk audits and assess software risks
