Job summary

A-Logistics LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain secure internal systems that support remote collaboration and day-to-day productivity. You will manage user accounts, access controls, devices, and collaboration platforms used by distributed teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, updating procedures, and ensuring continuity. You will work with leadership to keep tools stable and scalable in a remote, part-time setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration, IT operations, or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based business systems and IAM.
• Ability to document environments and communicate with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support core business systems, user accounts, access controls, devices, and collaboration platforms used across remote teams.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely resolution for business-critical problems.
• Maintain documentation for environments, permissions, support procedures, and continuity workflows.
• Improve security hygiene through access reviews, device standards, backup checks, and update practices.
• Partner with leadership to keep internal tools stable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
