EmergeOrtho’s Corporate IT team seeks a Systems Administrator focused on Application Services to maintain and optimize business and clinical applications, with emphasis on Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, cloud apps, and emerging technologies. This Tier 2 role supports identity, governance, and vendor coordination while enabling secure, reliable operations.

The position supports AI-enabled applications, including Microsoft Copilot, and drives adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Server/Network Administration.
• Healthcare or medical office experience preferred.
• Experience deploying, maintaining, and customizing AD, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Azure, and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for desktop, server, and network interactions.
• Set and communicate technical operational standards for server and storage administration.
• Upgrade systems by coordinating with vendors and testing enhancements.
• Maintain system performance through monitoring, troubleshooting, and load testing.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot escalated server, virtualization, or network issues.
• Implement group policy standards.
