Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology or the equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Server/Network Administration.
• Healthcare or medical office setting experience preferred.
• Experience deploying and maintaining AD, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Azure, and Office365.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to adapt to changing tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 administration and support for Windows and Linux servers and hybrid cloud environments including Azure.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, DNS, DHCP and other core infrastructure services.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Copilot.
• Develop and test backup strategies, monitor system performance, and ensure security and availability.
• Collaborate with clinical and IT teams; coordinate with vendors and assist with migrations and upgrades.
