Conservation Legacy is seeking a System Administrator for Microsoft 365 to manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID. The role emphasizes security, governance, and end-user support across a fully remote, nationwide footprint.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix of education/experience.
5+ years of systems administration experience, including Microsoft 365.
Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant and cloud services.
Manage user accounts, mailboxes, groups, licenses, and security.
Configure Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related services.
Manage Entra ID including lifecycle and access controls.
Support Intune and endpoint management across devices.
Develop automation and reporting for licensing and security posture.
