Job summary

Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a System Operations Specialist to drive Operational Excellence for a group of systems and applications, ensuring ISI-compliant operations. You will manage backups, DR tests, SLA monitoring, access control, and patch coordination, while coordinating with IT and business areas to meet demands.

You should have strong communication, teamwork, and English skills, plus hands-on infra knowledge and ITIL fundamentals. This is a permanent remote role based in Spain.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a System Lead or similar role.
• Experience supporting IT operations in regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of databases, servers, cloud systems and networking.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and ISI-compliant operations for systems/applications.
• Maintain compliance docs, backup/recovery, DR testing, and SLA monitoring.
• Coordinate patches (not perform), incident/problem/change management.
• Interface with multiple business/IT areas and collect user demands.
• Perform system archiving, onboarding, and knowledge transfer activities.
