Job summary

Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a System Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence for a portfolio of systems/applications. You will ensure ISI-compliant operations, monitor SLAs, and lead change/incident management while coordinating with multiple business and IT teams.

Key skills include ITIL fundamentals, AWS data tooling (Glue, Pyspark, Lambda, S3, Airflow), Snowflake/dbt, Python/SQL, and CI/CD practices. Remote Spain-based role with permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented and well-organized IT ops professional.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with infrastructure topics: databases, servers, networks, cloud systems.
• Familiar with ITIL v3/4 fundamentals and IT operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS stack and data tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence of a group of systems/applications.
• Maintain compliance with ISI standards.
• Document compliance and monitor SLAs.
• Coordinate backups, DR testing and patching activities.
• Handle incident/problem/change management and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with multiple business and IT areas during transitions.
