Job summary

Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a System Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence for a suite of systems and applications. You will coordinate backups, DR testing, SLA monitoring, access control, and patch coordination while interfacing with business and IT teams to ensure compliant operations.

The role requires strong English communication, methodical work habits, and experience with infrastructure topics like databases, servers, cloud systems, and networks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a System Lead or similar role.
• Experience with hardware, software, networking and databases.
• Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL v3.0 or higher Fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence of a group of systems and applications.
• Coordinate backups, DR testing, and SLA monitoring.
• Manage access, identity, patches coordination, and incident handling.
• Perform changes/configurations and software management coordination.
• Interface with multiple business and IT areas.
• Oversee system archiving and onboarding to the EOC.
