Job summary

Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is seeking a Systems Operations Specialist to support the Grants Funding and Early Access systems within the ITMS SMHS team. You will develop, configure, and maintain these cloud-based systems and aim to deliver quality releases to global business partners.

You will translate business needs into specifications, troubleshoot daily issues, document processes, and implement best practices while building SME level expertise.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Background in AI prompts or AI workflows.
• Degree in IT or related field; ongoing is acceptable.
• 3+ years of development or similar IT role in global environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Grants Funding and Early Access systems.
• Analyze requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day system issues and apply updates.
• Create and maintain system documentation and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure availability and performance.
