Job summary
Omega CRM Consulting seeks a Systems Operations Specialist to develop and support the Grants Funding and Early Access systems within the ITMS SMHS team. You will act as a technical SME, perform development, configuration, and proactive maintenance to ensure high availability.
The role emphasizes hands-on development, collaboration with business partners, and delivering quality releases on time. Remote work from Spain with permanent contract and flexible schedule.
Qualifications
- Fluent English level (written and spoken).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL.
- Experience writing prompts for AI applications.
Responsibilities
- Be a developer supporting Grants Funding and Early Access systems; keep them updated and compliant.
- Perform business analysis to gather requirements and translate them into specs.
- Troubleshoot and maintain the system on a day-to-day basis.
- Apply updates to the systems as needed and maintain documentation.
- Design and implement best practices, guidelines and processes.
