Omega CRM Consulting is seeking an IT Security & Legal Compliance Specialist to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical partner. You will support global operations, manage Purview IRM, and ensure governance across Legal, Compliance, HR, IT Security, and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes privacy-by-design, auditability, and rigorous documentation, with a remote Spain base, full-time permanent contract, and opportunities for training and certifications.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Purview IRM or MS 365 compliance platforms.
• Solid knowledge of insider risk concepts: indicators, policy config, triage.
• Familiarity with major MS 365 workloads (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Commitment to privacy-by-design and least-privilege controls.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to coordinate global teams under tight deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Support global operation and administration of Purview IRM aligned to regulations.
• Improve IRM policies, thresholds, escalation paths, and docs.
• Maintain confidentiality safeguards and auditability for IRM.
• Coordinate across Legal, Compliance, HR, IT Security and stakeholders.
• Monitor IRM alerts, triage, and escalate with authorized teams.
• Support investigation workflows: evidence collection and log analysis.
• Prepare recurring metrics, reports on alert trends and case volumes.
• Drive testing, change management, and user readiness for IRM updates.
