Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a System Manager to serve as the primary daily operational link, coordinating with the federal customer’s team and third‑party vendors to sustain the Maintenance Agreement and keep mission critical networks at peak uptime. You will lead incident response, patch management, and reporting while guiding field technicians and partners.

Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance; 5+ years in LMR/ Public Safety or related fields; travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in LMR, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Experience with maintenance services, incident response, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to meet SLA metrics for critical radio systems.
• Coordinate maintenance with Motorola and partner technicians.
• Provide reporting and dashboards on system availability and open cases.
• Serve as liaison among customer, CSE, TSO, and vendors.
