Public Consulting Group is seeking a System Implementation Specialist to support our System Integration projects. The role involves designing, configuring, and developing SaaS platforms, integrating components, and producing clear documentation.

The candidate should be proficient in JavaScript, JSON, APIs, and multiple SDLC methodologies, with a strong focus on delivering value to health, education, and human services clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with COTS or SaaS solutions.
• Proficient in SDLC: Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
• Familiar with JSON and APIs and how to test them.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing, configuring, and developing custom forms, templates, and workflows.
• Implement SaaS platforms to serve clients.
• Configure client-specific functionality with SaaS tools, JavaScript, and other languages.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specs.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Gather, evaluate, and document customer use cases and business processes.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Understand low-code platforms and database structures.
• Contribute to project reports (Schedule, QMP, Testing, Conversion).
• Support planning discussions to address risks and budget.
