Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 12 years of Animal Health sales experience; OR
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of Animal Health sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicates about product in a way that's meaningful and relevant to each customer.
• Primary contact for assigned customers; meets with key decision makers to identify opportunities.
• Develop customer strategy and plans to drive sales growth of Animal Health products.
• Collaborate with National Account Managers, Corporate Account Team, and Distribution Field Partners.
• Work across species teams to enhance knowledge of the product portfolio.
• Share insights with region team to foster growth and development.
• Analyze sales results monthly and manage expenses within budget.
• Identify programs to address customer needs and provide education and training.
• Develop and deliver offerings with Field Technical Services to meet customer needs.
• Expand understanding of Animal Health products, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
