Merck is seeking a Territory Manager to join our Animal Health field sales team. The territory includes AR, TX, OK, KS, CO, UT and MO.

This role requires 75% travel, residency within the territory, and domestic relocation support. You will develop customer strategies, manage key accounts, collaborate with distribution partners and cross-functional teams, and translate customer needs into sales opportunities across our portfolio.

Qualificações

• 12 years of Animal Health sales experience with a high school diploma, or 8 years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Swine Industry sales experience required.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; data-driven problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate about products in a meaningful way tailored to each customer.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and identify business opportunities.
• Develop customer and territory plans with cross-functional partners to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with Distribution Partners and field teams to execute customer strategies.
• Analyze sales results monthly and manage expenses within budget guidelines.
• Travel within territory and 75% travel requirement to support customer needs.
