Job summary

Accordion is seeking a Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management in Chicago, Dallas, or New York. You will lead engagements to optimize revenue-cycle performance for healthcare providers, working with senior executives and PE sponsors to drive measurable improvements.

You will design operating models, manage complex workstreams, and develop deliverables that translate into tangible cash-flow improvements across provider organizations.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or provider operations.
• Experience delivering RCM-based transformations for healthcare clients.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics and reimbursement economics.
• Experience with RCM technology including EHR/EMR systems such as Epic and Cerner.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to improve revenue-cycle performance for healthcare providers.
• Assess and optimize end-to-end revenue-cycle operations including access, billing, A/R, denials, and reporting.
• Develop target operating models and roadmaps to improve cash flow and reduce leakage.
• Build KPI dashboards and management routines to track improvements.
• Travel to client sites as needed and manage multiple engagements.
