Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Survey Project Manager to lead land surveying projects across Pennsylvania. You will manage projects from proposal to completion, oversee field and office operations, and help drive growth within the firm.

The role requires expertise in boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveying, coupled with excellent communication and leadership abilities. A Professional Land Surveyor license is highly preferred, with PA licensure favored.

Qualifications

• Experience managing land surveying projects.
• Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveying.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license highly preferred. Pennsylvania PLS preferred; candidates with licensure in other states will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage surveying projects from proposal through completion.
• Oversee field crews, office staff, scheduling, and project deliverables.
• Perform boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, proposals, and client relationships.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with applicable surveying standards.
