Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a Survey CAD Technician to develop survey plans and construction documents under a Professional Land Surveyor’s direction. The role requires efficient multi-tasking, accuracy, and timely delivery while maintaining CAD standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of survey experience or an associate degree in CAD, knowledge of topographic/boundary surveys, and strong client service and teamwork skills. Remote work is available for residents in PA.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of progressive survey work experience or Associates Degree in CAD related field.
• Working knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, easement and vacation plats.
• Microstation experience preferred.
• Exceptional client service skills as well as in a team environment.
• Self-starting, requiring minimal supervision once trained.
• General knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Development of survey plans and construction documents working on complex CAD projects under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor.
• Work efficiently, multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Perform work in an accurate and timely manner.
• Handle multiple assignments with competing priorities.
• Maintain company CAD standards throughout the projects.
