Spotlock in Pottstown, PA is seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager/PLS to lead projects from planning to delivery, mentoring field and office staff, and ensuring high-quality, accurate work.

The role requires a PA-licensed PLS with 7+ years in boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic surveys, and development. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and modern surveying tools is essential; you will coordinate clients and teams.

Qualifications

• PA-licensed Professional Land Surveyor with at least 7 years of progressive surveying experience and project management responsibilities.
• Experience overseeing boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, subdivision, and construction layout surveys.

Responsibilities

• Manage surveying projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate and oversee field crews and office staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-schedule completion.
• Review, prepare, and certify survey plans, documents, and legal descriptions per PA regulations.
• Develop project proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
• Monitor budgets and staffing while maintaining client satisfaction and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal engineers, clients, municipal representatives, and contractors.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to surveyors and CAD staff.
• Support business development and maintain strong client relationships.
• Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism across surveying operations.
