Job summary

gpac is seeking a Licensed Survey Manager to lead survey project delivery remotely in the United States. The role oversees staff, budgets, and schedules, driving quality and client satisfaction across ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys.

Proficiency with Trimble/Sokkia/Leica and AutoCAD Civil3D is required. Ideal candidates hold a civil engineering or land surveying degree, with 8+ years of experience and PLS licensure preferred (LSIT considered).

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of related work experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects
• Ability to perform ALTA/ACSM, boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
• Meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients
• Working knowledge of Trimble, Sokkia, or Leica surveying equipment
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D

Responsibilities

• Lead survey project delivery for public and private agencies
• Provide technical oversight and mentor staff
• Monitor project performance, QA/QC, and client satisfaction
• Prepare legal exhibits including plats, legal descriptions, and survey reports
• Oversee staffing, budgets, schedules, and resource planning
• Post-process field data from total stations, GPS, levels, 3D laser scanners, and UAS
• Create boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys; read plans and CAD files
