• Minimum 4 years of survey CAD drafting experience.
• PLS/RPLS license or actively pursuing licensure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, subdivision, easement, and construction surveys.
• Experience preparing plats, legal descriptions, and survey exhibits.
• Knowledge of coordinate systems, survey calculations, and field-to-finish workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, subdivision, route, easement, and construction surveys.
• Draft plats, legal descriptions, right of way exhibits, and record drawings using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Process and organize field data collected from GPS, total stations, UAVs, and laser scanning.
• Assist with survey calculations, boundary analysis, deed research, and title review.
• Coordinate with field crews to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate project deliverables.
• Maintain drafting standards and perform quality control reviews of survey documents.
• Support project managers with scheduling, document preparation, and client deliverables.
• Work closely with engineers and designers to support land development and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with mentoring junior CAD technicians and implementing drafting best practices.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of survey drafting experience, is licensed or actively working toward professional licensure, and is proficient with industry standard CAD software.

Responsibilities
