Job summary

Donorbox is seeking a remote Support Trainer to scale Customer Support and Operations. You will lead new hire onboarding, deliver live trainings, and maintain LMS content to ensure rapid operational readiness across the team.

You will support internal teams and enterprise clients, run product demos, and contribute to knowledge base updates while collaborating with Product Marketing for accurate messaging.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Support, Onboarding, Customer Success, or L&D in SaaS.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and webinar hosting abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, LMS platforms, and modern support tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire onboarding and live instructional delivery to reach competency targets.
• Deliver internal trainings, product demos, and client onboarding sessions.
• Maintain LMS modules, course materials, and knowledge checks.
• Create and publish KB articles; support quarterly content velocity goals.
