The role focuses on leading live new hire training, partnering with cross-functional teams to ready new hires before launches, and delivering internal demos and webinars. You will build LMS courses and knowledge base articles that align with product launches.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate live new hire training and ensure a 95% certification pass rate.
• Partner with key teams to get new hires operationally ready before launch.
• Lead internal product demos, feature walkthroughs, and support webinars.
• Assist in high-value enterprise onboarding and white-glove client training.
• Build and maintain LMS courses, quizzes, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to align training with launch SLAs.
