The role requires strong communication, CRM usage, and reliable performance while working remotely for residents of ID, IL, MN, MI, KS, KY, SD, UT & WI. The position emphasizes high-quality customer engagement, documentation in CRM, and adherence to Patterson’s values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 year customer service experience.
• 1 year experience with CRM, POS, or similar software with basic troubleshooting.
• 2 years experience with Microsoft OS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls providing technical support and guidance for software, services, peripherals, and equipment.
• Document inquiries, steps taken, resources used, and status in CRM; log tickets and follow up as needed.
• Maintain technical proficiency through ongoing education and training.
• Escalate issues per policy and communicate with customers professionally.
