Brex is seeking a Support Specialist I to deliver world-class customer service from a remote base in Salt Lake City. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to resolve inquiries and improve the product via customer feedback.

Focus on helping customers use, trust, and love Brex, treating each user like a VIP, with emphasis on timely, thoughtful responses and continuous learning within a fast-moving, supportive team.

Qualifications

• This role is located within the greater Salt Lake City area.
• Flexibility to work within Support hours (8am - 5pm PT, weekdays and weekends).
• Passionate about customer support and its role in a customer-centric team.
• Ability to communicate technical problems clearly and tactfully.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy, diplomacy, and tact under pressure when handling issues.

Responsibilities

• Effectively resolve customer inquiries in a considerate and timely manner via email, phone and chat.
• Become an expert in Brex’s suite of products, and leverage expertise to solve complex issues.
• Compose thoughtful, personalized responses for a variety of customer requests.
• Triage incoming requests and spot trends in customer issues to flag for the team.
• Provide customer feedback to internal teams to improve product and support experience.
• Make active contributions to help achieve team goals and successes.
• Share knowledge through mentorship, collaboration, and aiding in documentation.
