Brex seeks a Developer Support Specialist to assist external developers using Brex APIs. You will work with internal engineering, product, and design teams, triaging escalations and improving self-serve content. This is a great entry path for someone early in their engineering career.

You will collaborate across teams, own critical escalations, and build resources to help customers succeed with Brex integrations and finance tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in customer-facing role.
• Experience with accounting integrations (Netsuite, QBO, Xero).

Responsabilités

• Provide direct technical support to developers using Brex APIs.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to capture feedback and improve tools.
• Own customer escalations and manage email queues.
• Create training content and self-service resources for customers.
• Field technical escalations from Support and drive to resolution.
• Serve as ERP integration expert for Netsuite, QBO, Xero, etc., with customers and CX teams.
