Dynatron Software, Inc. in Richardson, TX is seeking a remote-friendly Product Associate to balance inbound/outbound calls with ticket-based technical support.

You will switch between live dealership calls and in-depth troubleshooting of our SaaS platform, supporting accounts in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. You’ll learn EBIS, ROAMS and TechCF, help with account navigation and billing, and contribute to high-quality, single-touch resolutions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a dealership service department or automotive industry (preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Windows/Office; ability to learn EBIS, ROAMS and TechCF quickly.
• Proactive communication to flag issues early via collaboration tools.
• Ability to balance live phone calls with deep-dive software troubleshooting.
• Customer-focused with a KPI-driven performance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: be the first line of investigation; document and resolve issues.
• Volume & Workflow: complete tasks from phone, email, and SugarCRM against baselines.
• Accuracy: gather information via consultative questions to understand needs.
• Documentation: maintain notes and ensure timely completion of requests.
• Billing & Account Navigation: assist clients with navigation and invoices.
• Problem-Solving & Escalation: research issues and escalate when needed.
• Special Projects: maintenance tasks assigned by Operations Support Manager.
