Job summary

Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, invites you to join a remote support internship within Lifecycle Services. You will shadow engineers and learn Rockwell technology to reproduce issues, respond to escalations, and simulate workflows by programming devices.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited four-year or higher program.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Rockwell Automation engineers assisting customers with troubleshooting by phone or Web-ex.
• Learn Rockwell Automation concepts to help engineers duplicate customer issues.
• Respond to escalations from calls and emails.
• Program automation devices to simulate real-life work applications.
• Wire electrical devices and learn electrical engineering concepts.
