Create the Monthly Managed & Support Services (MMS) Contract List – referenced by Infrastructure Support & Maintenance (ISM), Cyber Professional Service (CPS), Customer Support & Maintenance (CSM) and Portfolio (close to 200 people) Perform Monthly Business Partner ID List updates – drives customer access to the support line Globally and serves all Managed Support Services customers Help create and publish work Instructions for the team. (Best practices and unwritten knowledge) Track 30-60-90-day expired contracts to create cost and resource savings Statement of Work / Proposal Review for alignment with contract entitlements to ensure we are only servicing what is in the contract.
