Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate resolutions to customer issues.
• Monitor the support queue and own issues through resolution.
• Investigate application, data, integration, and interface issues.
• Collaborate with Environment Specialists, Product Management, R&D, and Services to resolve complex issues.
• Communicate updates to customers throughout the ticket lifecycle.
• Develop deep product knowledge to troubleshoot and answer questions.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to research issues and improve troubleshooting.
