Job summary
Cayenta, a division of Harris, is seeking a Support Analyst to investigate complex issues across CIS applications, data, integrations, and environments. You will collaborate with Environment Specialists, Product Management, and R&D to deliver accurate, efficient solutions while documenting findings for the team.
This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in the US and Canada; travel ~10% is required. Salary range is 60K–75K, with a focus on AI-enabled tooling to improve workflows and customer
Qualifications
- Experience in customer or technical support environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate resolutions to customer issues.
- Monitor support queue and own issues through resolution or escalation.
- Investigate application, data, integrations, and interface issues.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues.
- Communicate updates to customers throughout ticket life.
- Document solutions and best practices to expand knowledge base.
