You will source suppliers, negotiate terms, and track deliveries, ensuring drawings and specifications translate into accurate material lists. Collaboration with Sales, PMs, and designers is essential for successful budgeting and delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year(s) in procurement, supply chain, or engineering across construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and create material lists.
• Excellent organizational skills with experience in listing materials from specs.
• Strong negotiation with suppliers and international sourcing experience.
• Proficient in spreadsheets; comfortable with procurement systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage production launches: set up glass orders, check hardware, and order materials as needed.
• Sourcing and procurement: identify suppliers, negotiate terms, and monitor deliveries to warehouses.
• Drawings and documentation: review specs, verify dimensions, keep estimates updated, prep orders for containers.
• Cross-team collaboration: liaise with Sales, PMs, designers/engineers, estimators; support substitutions and change orders.
