Job summary

Crystalia Glass is expanding its Supply Engineering team and seeking a capable Team Lead to drive procurement operations and supplier management. You will oversee a four-person team, coordinate orders, and improve processes across US and international suppliers.

The role emphasizes leadership (80%) with hands-on procurement support (20%), requiring strong communication, strategic thinking, and a track record of scaling procurement functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within glass/architectural hardware industries.
• 3+ years of people management, including procurement/supply teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement operations and coordinate glass orders, ensuring material availability.
• Plan inventory and forecast procurement needs with cross-functional teams.
• Review drawings and specs to prepare accurate material lists.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Mentor four Supply Engineers and manage workload and deadlines.
• Drive process improvements and report risks to leadership.
