Job summary

Crystalia Glass LLC, a U.S.-based glass solutions provider, is seeking a Supply Engineering Team Lead to scale operations and optimize procurement. You will lead a four-person team while also contributing hands-on during peak workloads.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, forecasting needs, reviewing drawings for material lists, and ensuring timely deliveries of hardware and materials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Procurement Engineer, Supply Engineer, or similar role on the US market.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience.
• Experience with procurement, sourcing, and import/export of engineering or production materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four Supply Engineers and mentor them.
• Oversee procurement operations and supplier relations across US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Managers, Engineers, and Warehouse teams to align procurement with projects.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality, logistics, and delivery issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of procurement workflows and processes.
