Job summary

Crystalia Glass LLC, a U.S.-based manufacturer, is expanding its Supply Engineering team and seeks a Team Lead to scale operations, optimize procurement, and lead four Supply Engineers. The role blends leadership (80%) with hands-on procurement (20%), interfacing with suppliers in the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia to ensure timely material availability for restoration and manufacturing projects.

The candidate must have 3+ years in a similar procurement engineering role on the US market,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Procurement Engineer, Supply Engineer, or similar role on the US market.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience.
• Experience with suppliers across international markets (US, Europe, Middle East, Asia).
• Experience with procurement, sourcing, and import/export of engineering or production materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PDF tools.
• Experience with task management systems such as ClickUp or similar.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Russian language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four Supply Engineers and coordinate procurement activities.
• Plan inventory, forecast procurement needs, and review material lists.
• Source and manage suppliers across multiple regions; negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, Engineers, and Installation teams.
• Support engineering changes and procurement planning; provide pricing info.
