Job summary

Lanco is seeking a Project Manager- Supply Chain and Inventory to drive project execution across Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Distribution, and more. You will lead governance, continuous improvement, and technology evaluations, including AI opportunities, with Epicor ERP integrations.

The role is on-site in Homewood, IL with no remote work. You will establish PMO frameworks, ownership of projects, and KPI definitions to measure capacity, cost, risk, and performance.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of project management experience on progressively more complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. CAPM or PMP certification and/or applicable coursework completed.
• Experience managing projects that span enterprise-wide product development involving cross-functional teams in both business, operations, and technical domains.
• Proven track record of successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, building appropriate processes and tools.
• Demonstrated working experience as Scrum Master with exposure to PM tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Clickup, Basecamp and/or Monday.com.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong relationship-building/partnering skills and ability to work with varying levels of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of standard project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Experience combining Agile and Waterfall practices (Hybrid PM).
• Strong understanding of Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the Supply Chain PMO framework across all Lanco companies.
• Assist with strategic alignment of Subject Matter Experts to support project activities.
• Serve as the functional owner and administrator of Supply Chain project execution within JIRA.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation in centralized repositories.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide Supply Chain and Logistics initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings among Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, IT, Sales, and Leadership.
• Coordinate prioritization and resource allocation across Purchasing Departments.
• Foster accountability and clear ownership for all tasks and deliverables.
• Create project plans from external SOWs and internal task breakdowns.
• Define scope, business case, objectives, and success metrics; track and report outcomes.
