Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to optimize inventory and costs for a product portfolio. The role encompasses supply planning, master planning, and capacity management to meet service goals, with a focus on SIOP alignment and manufacturing support.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 2–6 years of related experience, ERP/MRP familiarity, and strong English/Spanish communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations.
• 2–6 years of related experience; MBA/MS acceptable.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; forecasting, inventory management, and capacity planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communications in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop supply strategies for manufacturing, including global master plans.
• Contribute to SIOP with capacity plans, MPS, and inventory schedules.
• Support new product launches with manufacturing planning and scenario analyses.
• Provide overview of manufacturing, inventory deployment, and communicate with Business Units.
