Job summary

Belcan Corporation is seeking expert Supply Chain Planning & Execution Advisors to support advanced manufacturing focused on delivery performance, material availability and supply chain stability. Remote with travel (U.S. and Global as needed), 25-50%+ travel, contract positions, 3 openings.

Responsibilities include demand planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, and ERP/MRP optimization across OEM and supplier networks. Strong Lean/Six Sigma experience and aerospace exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain planning and related operations.
• Experience supporting S&OP, demand/supply planning, and inventory optimization.
• Hands-on with MRP/ERP systems including scheduling and load balancing.
• Demonstrated ability to improve manufacturing delivery performance across networks.

Responsibilities

• Support demand planning and S&OP processes.
• Improve inventory performance, safety stock strategy, and VMI/consignment models.
• Assist with ERP implementations, manufacturing system integration, and planning system improvements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or structured problem‑solving methods.
