Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor II in the United States to lead warehousing, shipping, and inventory control, driving efficient operations in support of global healthcare solutions.

You will collaborate with planning, purchasing, and manufacturing teams, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with quality standards and cGMP while delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, logistics, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a comparable operations or logistics environment.
• APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including interplant shipments.
• Manage finished goods and work-in-progress inventory.
• Provide mentorship to warehouses, material handlers, and shipping staff.
• Collaborate with planning and purchasing to improve inventory management.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to meet service levels and cost objectives.
