Job summary

Specialist Staffing Group is engaged to fill a Senior Supply Planning Project Lead - Tech Enablement for a global leading CPG client. You will spearhead a major Kinaxis implementation across supply and demand planning, acting as a business liaison, change manager, and project manager to bridge implementation, user feedback, and leadership to develop a fit-for-purpose Kinaxis Advanced Planning platform.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end supply planning in regulated environments; CPG preferred.
• Experience supporting APS or supply chain system implementations.
• PM/leadership experience with ability to drive cross-functional conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kinaxis-related supply and demand planning projects across the organization.
• Serve as a liaison between implementation teams, planning users, and leadership.
• Develop and drive new business operations processes for Kinaxis Advanced Planning.
• Provide change management and project management to ensure a fit-for-purpose solution.
