University degree with 3+ years in supply chain, procurement, or similar.
2+ years' experience with suppliers or supplier management.
Experience in defense contractor environment.
Master's degree in business, management, finance, supply chain, or similar concentration.
Must obtain MPM and EVMS online training within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

Strategize, coordinate, and align supply chain efforts with the acquisitions team.
Manage key strategic suppliers and host weekly status meetings.
Monitor KPIs to maintain program health and supplier performance.
Collaborate with program office, materials management, engineering, quality, and operations.
Present supply chain status to internal customers and stakeholders.
Ensure demand loaded, purchase orders placed, and manage suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Provide proposal support including BOM pricing and basis of estimate writing.
Represent all supply chain functions in program meetings.
