Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Supply Chain Contracting Manager to develop, negotiate, and manage contracting strategies that reduce total cost of goods for Clarventa and its GPO member pharmacies. This role focuses on high-impact supply chain categories and aggregates member volume to secure preferred pricing.

As a high-level contributor, you will own supplier agreements, drive negotiations, monitor performance, and collaborate with analytics, finance, operations, and legal to support

Qualifications

• 7+ years in procurement, supply chain, or vendor contracting.
• 3+ years direct contract negotiation with measurable savings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience with GPOs and PBM/pharmacy knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Lumicera Health Services in supplier-facing contracting for supply chain and cost-of-goods categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations to secure pricing and favorable terms.
• Develop and execute category strategies to expand savings and improve contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Collaborate with analytics, finance, operations, and legal to support contracting objectives.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
