Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supply Chain Contracting Manager to develop, negotiate, and manage contracting strategies that reduce total costs for Clarventa and its GPO member pharmacies. This role focuses on high-impact supply chain categories and aggregates member volume to secure preferred pricing and sustainable savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• CPSM certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, vendor contracting, category management, or sourcing.
• 3+ years direct contract negotiation experience with quantifiable savings.
• Experience building new programs or functions under ambiguity and tight timelines.
• GPO experience and understanding of aggregated member volume.
• PBM or specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen including cost modeling and TCO analysis.
• Adherence to compliance programs and anti-kickback regulations.
• Collaborative, cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Lumicera in the market as a supplier-facing contracting leader for supply chain and cost-of-goods categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms for GPO member pharmacies.
• Develop and execute category strategies to expand savings and enhance partner value.
• Build and manage vendor relationships and convert opportunities into signed agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure contract terms are met.
• Ensure timely, accurate execution of agreements and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to aggregate member volume and drive cost competitiveness.
• Collaborate with analytics, finance, operations, contract operations, compliance, and legal.
• Support compliance program objectives and contribute to learning and culture programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
