Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Supply Chain Contracting Manager to develop, negotiate, and manage contracting strategies that reduce costs for Clarventa and its GPO member pharmacies. You will own supplier agreements, drive category performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable savings.

The role emphasizes supplier-facing negotiations, cross-functional partnerships, and ownership of contracting standards across high-impact categories.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in procurement, supply chain, vendor contracting, category management, or sourcing.
• 3+ years direct contract negotiation with measurable savings.
• Experience building programs or functions under ambiguity and tight timelines.
• Knowledge of GPO models and aggregated member volume is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clarventa in the market as a contracting leader for supply chain categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Develop category strategies and action plans to expand savings and strengthen contracts.
• Manage a portfolio of vendor relationships and signed agreements delivering value.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure contract terms and SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with analytics, finance, operations, compliance, and legal to support objectives.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
