Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supply Chain Contracting Manager to join our team. This remote role focuses on contracting strategies across pharmacy supply chain categories, seeking preferred pricing and sustainable savings for Clarventa and its GPO member pharmacies.

The Manager will own supplier agreements, lead negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure compliant, value-driven contracts and measurable savings for member pharmacies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing.
• 3+ years direct contract negotiation with measurable savings.
• GPO experience and PBM or specialty pharmacy familiarity preferred.
• Ability to operate under ambiguity and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Represent Lumicera in the market as a supplier-facing contracting leader for supply chain and cost-of-goods categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Develop and execute category strategies to expand savings and strengthen contract structures.
• Build and manage vendor relationships and convert opportunities into signed agreements delivering value.
• Monitor supplier performance and enforce contract terms and service levels.
• Ensure timely, accurate execution of agreements and renewals for eligible members.
• Travel up to 10% to support business needs.
• Collaborate with analytics, finance, operations, and legal to support contracting objectives.
