Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is hiring a Supply Chain Contracting Manager to develop, negotiate, and manage contracting strategies that reduce cost of goods for Clarventa and its GPO member pharmacies. The role focuses on high-impact supply chain categories, including logistics, cold-chain, packaging, and credentialing, with ownership of supplier agreements and category performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, vendor contracting, category management, or sourcing.
• 3+ years of direct contract negotiation experience with measurable savings or value delivered.
• Experience building new programs, categories, or functions under ambiguity and tight timelines.
• GPO experience strongly preferred; understand aggregated member volume and value delivery.
• PBM or specialty pharmacy experience preferred; strong financial acumen with cost modeling and TCO analysis.

Responsibilities

• Represent Lumicera in the market as a supplier-facing contracting leader for supply chain and cost-of-goods categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations with vendors to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable service for GPO member pharmacies.
• Develop and execute category strategies and action plans that expand savings and strengthen contract structures.
• Build and manage a portfolio of vendor relationships and agreements that deliver measurable value.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contract terms and SLAs.
• Ensure timely, accurate execution of agreements and extension of negotiated pricing to eligible members.
• Identify opportunities to aggregate member volume and drive continuous improvement in performance and cost.
