Job summary

Intuitive Machines, LLC is seeking a Supplier Manager/SQE to own end-to-end supplier performance, ensuring quality, schedule, and contractual compliance from qualification to delivery. This is a remote position with global implications and requires strong leadership in aerospace supplier quality.

The role emphasizes RCCA/CAPA, AS9100, PFMEA, and cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years in Manufacturing Quality, Quality Engineering, or Supplier Quality in aerospace/defense.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 quality management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall relationship with assigned suppliers.
• Establish and track supplier schedule, quality, and delivery performance.
• Monitor supplier commitments and production readiness.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and executive escalations.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Engineering activities.
• Ensure suppliers meet contractual, engineering, and quality requirements.
• Perform supplier assessments and audits, and drive corrective actions.
