Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks a Supply Chain & Quality Manager to oversee a large Tier 1 supplier, ensuring on-time delivery and quality for equipment and systems. You will coordinate with internal customers across the US, Canada and Europe, apply APQP and QMS practices, and drive continuous improvement.

The role is remote, located in Newport Beach, with travel up to 50%. Required: bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years in procurement operations; Green Belt or CPIM preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Engineering required.
• 5+ years in procurement operations or similar; 10+ preferred.
• Aerospace industry experience preferred.
• Green Belt/Black Belt and CPIM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maturity and robustness of supplier manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Deploy Zero-MR routines with suppliers and manage BI plans.
• Monitor performance via KPIs and conduct supplier audits.
• Manage internal stakeholder relationships with MFT, Programs, FALs.
• Develop and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
