Job summary

Protingent Staffing is seeking a Supplier Project Engineer (SPE) in Supply Chain for a contract engagement. Located in Bellevue, WA or fully remote, the role involves developing SOWs, managing supplier projects, and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The SPE will guide supplier selection, oversee contract deliverables, and monitor cost/schedule. A technical engineering degree and 3+ years of SOW/RFP experience are preferred; PMP is a plus. Remote options available.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• 3+ years drafting SOWs or supplier oversight.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Understanding of SOWs, RFPs and supplier direction.
• Coordination of suppliers in design/manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop SOWs and project plans with suppliers.
• Facilitate supplier selection for RFPs and bid processes.
• Provide direction and oversight of supplier projects.
• Manage technical interfaces between supplier projects and the company.
• Oversee document submittal and review processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract fidelity.
• Expedite internal and supplier deliverables to maintain schedule.
• Support supplier visits and oversight at supplier locations.
• Monitor supplier performance, cost and schedule.
• Track supplier capabilities and relationships for reactor feedback.
